Marketing analysis and consultation terms
19 October 2026 · Customer review copy · Stretient LLC
1. Your order
Your accepted order identifies your clinic, the services, price and applicable taxes, delivery timing and method, consultation entitlement, contact details and timezone. These terms apply to that order. This is a one-time purchase without automatic renewal.
2. The service
Stretient reviews your clinic's marketing presence, relevant audience concerns, local context and channels, then prepares an analysis and strategy playbook. The playbook explains material findings, strengths to preserve, practical changes, priorities and ways to assess results.
All supplied and relevant marketing assets are eligible for analysis. Stretient identifies unavailable sources and material limitations that affect its findings.
Implementation, campaign management, ongoing content production, advertising purchases and materially new research require a separate agreement. Extra fees require your express acceptance in advance.
3. Prices and payment
| Purchase | USD price |
|---|---|
| Marketing analysis and strategy | $750 |
| Introductory consultation | $350 |
| Analysis and introductory consultation purchased together | $1,100 |
| Consultation during the later purchase window | $700 |
| Fresh analysis after the later consultation window | $562.50 |
Your order states the total and any applicable taxes. Accepted prices do not change retroactively. Payment is due upfront after you accept the order and terms. The applicable price is determined when you make the payment.
Stretient begins work once payment is confirmed. Missing materials may delay dependent work; Stretient will communicate any resulting schedule change. Use the order reference and approved payment instructions, and verify any change to bank instructions through an established contact channel.
4. Materials and confidentiality
Provide accurate business information and materials you are authorized to share, and identify confidential content. Do not send patient records, identifiable inquiry or appointment information, portal credentials or passwords for this marketing engagement.
Stretient may use research and AI-assisted tools with human review. Each party protects the other's nonpublic business information, uses it for this engagement and limits disclosure to people who need it and are bound to protect it. This excludes public information, independently developed information and information lawfully received without restriction. A party gives notice of legally compelled disclosure where permitted. Handling and retention follow the applicable privacy notice.
5. Delivery and your included revision
Stretient delivers your analysis and strategy playbook within three business days after you submit complete materials. Once your complete materials are submitted, Stretient provides the actual delivery due date.
The revision and consultation windows begin with the original successful delivery of your usable playbook. Stretient provides the exact deadlines and timezone. Report access problems promptly so they can be reviewed.
You may request one free consolidated revision within seven calendar days of original delivery. Include all issues together: mistakes, clarifications and requested changes. You may include unlimited relevant annotations and general comments. A request submitted on time may be completed later at an agreed date. The included revision uses the original evidence. Materially new research requires your agreement before work starts or an extra fee is charged.
6. Consultation and purchase windows
The consultation includes preparation, a 60-minute session explaining the findings, reasoning and priority actions, discussion of your major questions, and a companion document. The companion adds substantive detail beyond the playbook and discussion and is delivered within two business days after the consultation, included in the consultation price. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
The $350 introductory consultation is available before the stated deadline 21 calendar days after original playbook delivery. The $700 consultation is then available for three additional calendar months after that deadline. After that window ends, fresh analysis is available at $562.50, reflecting 25% off the $750 analysis price. The discount covers analysis only. The next price window applies at its stated deadline.
A paid consultation, including one purchased in the bundle, remains available for scheduling after its purchase window ends. A fresh analysis is a new engagement with its own research snapshot and delivery windows.
Appointments are mutually agreed, subject to availability. Give prompt notice if a change is needed. Repeated missed appointments may end scheduling eligibility; Stretient will warn before a final offered appointment. Stretient-caused cancellations or access failures are handled as service issues.
7. Cancellation and remedies
Stretient does not offer voluntary refunds for cancellation, change of mind or a decision not to implement recommendations. This does not limit mandatory legal rights or applicable payment-provider remedies, including for unauthorized or duplicate payments and nonperformance.
Report missing or materially defective work in writing so Stretient can review it and propose a resolution. If delivery becomes impossible or delayed, Stretient will explain the problem and seek an agreed resolution.
8. Ownership and use
Your clinic retains its data, names, assets and materials. Stretient retains its pre-existing methods, templates and report copyright. Once paid, your clinic has a perpetual, nonexclusive license to use and adapt the deliverables for its business and share them with staff and vendors for implementation. Resale and third-party source rights are not granted. Publishing clinic-identifying work, endorsements or case studies requires separate written permission.
9. Responsibilities
Stretient is responsible for the promised analysis, reasonable care, accurate characterization of evidence and the agreed revision. Your clinic is responsible for its clinical facts, professional decisions, implementation and approval of public claims. Revenue, rankings, inquiries, bookings, treatment outcomes and compliance are not guaranteed.
If a disagreement arises, notify the other party and seek a good-faith resolution.
